Singapore-listed CapitaLand India Trust has secured a second long-term agreement with a global hyperscale cloud services provider for Tower 2 of its data centre project in Navi Mumbai, boosting pre-leasing levels across its development pipeline.
The trust said more than half of the gross power capacity across its three data centres under construction in Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai has now been pre-leased, reflecting strong demand from large cloud and enterprise customers.
Tower 2 of the CapitaLand Data Centre Mumbai is designed as a high-density facility with a planned IT load of 37 megawatts and a gross power capacity of 55 megawatts.
