Brigade Hotel Ventures Reports 58% Rise in Q2FY26 Profit, Announces ₹3,600 Crore Expansion Plan

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd (BHVL), the hospitality arm of Brigade Group, reported a 58% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to ₹11 crore for Q2 FY26, compared to ₹7 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company announced plans to invest about ₹3,600 crore to develop nine new hotels adding roughly 1,700 keys, which will double its portfolio to 18 hotels (around 3,300 keys) by FY30. About 450 keys are expected to become operational by FY27.

“Looking ahead, we remain focused on driving RevPAR growth across our existing portfolio while expanding our footprint,” said Nirupa Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd.
