Brigade Group Signs Joint Development Agreement for Premium Residential Project in Mysuru.
Brigade Group has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop 10 acres and 37 guntas of prime land in Mysuru, further strengthening its presence in the city where it already has around 30 projects across residential, office, retail, and hospitality segments.
The upcoming project, with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹225 crore and a total development potential of 0.37 million square feet, will feature premium plotted developments across 8 acres and upscale apartments over 2 acres. Strategically located in the heart of Mysuru, the project is designed to appeal to modern homebuyers seeking a blend of luxury, accessibility, and community living.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., highlighted Mysuru’s growing appeal as a real estate destination. “Mysuru holds immense potential as a growth hub, with its rich cultural heritage and expanding infrastructure. The improved connectivity brought by the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway has boosted real estate activity, making it an attractive option for discerning buyers,” she said.
She added that the project’s proximity to the Bengaluru-Mysuru highway makes it both a convenient and aspirational address. “We aim to deliver premium residential spaces that align with the evolving aspirations of the city’s residents.
