Bhogapuram International Corpn to develop 2 no frills airports.

Bhogapuram International Airport Corporation Ltd. has invited request for selection of developers for no frills airports at Dagadarthi in Nellore district and Oravakal in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.

The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to take up these two Greenfield airports for development under the public-private partnership mode. Towards this initiative, Bhogapuram International Airport Corporation, created by the State Infrastructure Department, has been appointed as the nodal body for development of these two airports in the State.

The corporation has notified these two projects for development seeking proposals for selection of the developers under the PPP mode.
