Antara to Exclusively Manage Senior Living Residences at Estate 361’s Second Project with Max Estates
Antara Senior Living Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Max India Limited, has partnered with Max Estates to exclusively manage senior living residences and amenities at Estate 361, an 18.23-acre forest-themed, wellness-first development along Gurugram’s Dwarka Expressway. This marks Antara’s second collaboration with Max Estates following the success of Estate 360, Delhi-NCR’s first intergenerational community, where all 292 senior residences sold out in just 11 months.
Estate 361 will offer 360 senior living units alongside a curated integrated wellness centre that combines modern medicine with traditional Indian therapies to enhance the quality of life for residents. The Antara Integrated Wellness Centre will provide primary healthcare, 24x7 nursing, emergency services, specialist consultations, and wellness programmes including Ayurveda, homeopathy, naturopathy, acupressure, acupuncture, and UV therapy.
“Ageing is a second coming of empowerment. With many seniors navigating chronic conditions, mobility challenges, and emotional vulnerability, wellbeing must be clinically guided, compassionate and woven into everyday life,” said Rajit Mehta, MD & CEO, Antara Senior Care. “Senior living models like Estate 361 help India’s ageing population stay active, engaged and confident for longer. Our mission is to build ecosystems that allow seniors to age with dignity, ease and joy.”
Designed with nature and wellbeing at its core, Estate 361 features over 250,000 sq. ft. of forest greens, water bodies, and sensory pathways to support cognitive, emotional, and physical health. The development also includes over 200,000 sq. ft. of amenities for active ageing, such as paddleball courts, golf putting greens, all-weather and hydrotherapy pools, and a senior-focused gym. The Antara Club will curate year-round activities for residents based on their interests and passions.
Residences are designed for accessibility and autonomy, with wheelchair-friendly layouts, rounded wall edges, anti-skid flooring, grab bars, senior-friendly elevator bays, panic alarm buttons, and glare-free lighting. Daily living is made convenient with services including gourmet dining, dietician-planned meals, laundry, housekeeping, and personalised care.
With India’s senior population projected to grow from approximately 147 million in 2024 to nearly 350 million by 2050, and the fastest-growing 80+ segment expected to surge by 279%, the demand for structured, professionally managed senior living solutions is rising. Backed by Max Group’s expertise in healthcare, hospitality, and real estate, Antara is positioned to meet this growing need for dignified, holistic senior-living environments.
