Andhra Pradesh SPIB Clears ₹1.14 Lakh Crore Worth of Investment Proposals.

The Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB), chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, approved investment proposals worth ₹1.14 lakh crore during its 11th meeting held in Amaravati recently.

Among the key approvals was a major ₹87,520 crore investment by Raiden Infotech, a subsidiary of Google, to set up a data centre in Visakhapatnam.

In total, 30 investment proposals across sectors including information technology, fuel, tourism, aerospace, and food processing were cleared. According to an official release, these projects are expected to generate around 67,000 jobs in the state.
