Amway to Invest $12 Million in India to Expand Physical Retail Presence.

US-based direct selling giant Amway plans to invest USD 12 million (around ₹100 crore) in India over the next 3-5 years to expand its retail footprint and enhance distributor capabilities, said Michael Nelson, President and Global CEO, recently.

Speaking during his first visit to India since taking charge, Nelson told PTI Videos that the company, which has completed ten years of manufacturing in India, also aims to boost exports from the country.

“We are committing, and I'm talking to my team this week about an additional USD 12 million investment,” he said, noting that India is expected to become one of Amway’s top three global markets.
