Amana sets up operations in Kizad

Amana, an industrial and modular construction firm, recently established a 50,000 square metre facility in Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (Kizad), to serve the GCC construction market.

The facility, located in Kizad Construction City, will serve as Amana’s central storage and logistics headquarters. It will store and distribute a range of construction products Amana’s large-scale industrial, modular and commercial projects across the UAE and region, according to a statement recently.

Established in 1993, Amana has successfully delivered over 1,500 commercial, modular and industrial projects across the region.

“It was clear to us that Kizad is the ideal location for setting up our storage and logistic facilities due to a number of key factors including, competitive pricing, lower operating costs, proximity to our projects, easy access to the UAE’s road networks, and closeness to Khalifa port,” said Bassam Bsaibes, Amana general manager for Plant & Logistics.
