AINU to Invest ₹150 Crore in Expansion, Add 1,000 Beds Across 7 Cities.
The Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology (AINU) is set to invest ₹150 crore in a major expansion of its network, with plans to open several new hospitals in the coming year. The announcement was made by Vishal Bali, Executive Chairman of Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), at the inauguration of AINU's new 150-bed hospital in Banjara Hills.
Bali stated that the capital expenditure has been earmarked for the fiscal year 2027 and will fund the opening of 3-4 new urology and nephrology hospitals across India. This strategic investment is aimed at accelerating the company's national expansion and strengthening its existing infrastructure.
AINU, operated by AHH—a healthcare platform focused on single-specialty care—is currently in the process of establishing new facilities in Bhubaneswar, Patna, and Coimbatore. Bali emphasized the company's commitment to expanding not only in Tier 1 cities but also in Tier 2 regions, ensuring wider access to specialized healthcare services.
