Adarsh Group launches 3 new projects.

Bengaluru-based developer Adarsh Group has launched three projects in north Bengaluru.

“The launch will see the company make significant additions to its residential portfolio. Out of the three projects launched, two will solely be luxury villas while the third will be apartments for the mid-income segment,” said BM Jayeshankar, Chairman and Managing Director.

Spread over an area of about 22 acres, the properties are located off Hennur main road. Adarsh Tranqville will consist of 106 premium villas of three and four BHK of 3,203 to 4,858 sq ft.

Adarsh Wisteria will be two dozen three and four BHK villas covering over 4.1 acres of land, with each unit of 2,252 to 3,695 sq ft in size. The third property, Adarsh Pinecourt, will contain a total of 201 apartments and customers can choose from 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3 BHK apartments with areas ranging from 1,172 to 1,847 sq ft.

“The infrastructural design of all the three projects will follow Adarsh Group’s philosophy of delivering exceptional quality homes,” Jayeshankar said.
