Aarin Hospitality Unveils Luxury Serviced Apartments in Oragadam

Chennai-based Aarin Hospitality has introduced Apartel, a collection of luxury serviced apartments located at Hiranandani Parks in Oragadam, near Chennai. Developed in collaboration with Hiranandani Residences, Apartel Oragadam was inaugurated by Niranjan Hiranandani, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hiranandani Group, and is designed to primarily cater to expatriates, business executives, and travelers.

The Apartel Oragadam offers a range of 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments, spanning from 900 to 1700 sq ft. Emphasizing a home-like environment, the serviced apartments aim to provide an attractive alternative to traditional hotel accommodation.

The serviced residences at Apartel are available for weekly and monthly stays, presenting budget-friendly options suitable for both corporate relocations and extended visits. Aarin Hospitality envisions significant growth, with plans to expand its portfolio from over 150 keys across two properties to 3,000+ keys and aims to employ 1,200 staff by 2030.

In addition to the residential offerings, Apartel features amenities such as a gym and a global-cuisine restaurant, providing residents with a holistic and comfortable living experience. Aarin Hospitality anticipates a growing demand for premium serviced residences and plans to extend its presence to other key cities, including Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
