UAE sees giant refinery expansion ready in 2014

Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company is on track to complete the expansion of the UAE's largest refinery in Ruwais during the Q1 of 2014. The Ruwais refinery has a capacity of 415,000 barrels per day and expansion work is underway to more than double it.

Mr Jasem Ali Al Sayegh head of refining unit of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company said that “It is progressing on schedule with 60% completion rate.”
