Bansal Wire to Invest ₹600 Crore in Gujarat Manufacturing Expansion.

Bansal Wire Industries has announced plans to invest ₹600 crore in a greenfield project in Gujarat, marking a significant expansion of its manufacturing capabilities. The project will include a 1.8 lakh-tonne induction-based steel plant and a 60,000-tonne facility for producing low-carbon and stainless steel wire.

The company has acquired 42 acres of land in Sanand, near Tata Nagar, at a cost of ₹80–90 crore. The project is expected to be completed by September 2027.

This investment comes shortly after Bansal Wire’s recent ₹550 crore capex to double its steel wire manufacturing capacity to six lakh tonnes across five existing units in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
