STT Telemedia Expands India Footprint with New Facility in Chennai.

STT Telemedia Global Data Centres India has announced the launch of its fourth data centre at the Siruseri campus in Chennai, further expanding its presence in one of the country’s key data infrastructure hubs.

The new facility will have a total planned capacity of 45 MW, with the first phase of 7.2 MW now operational, the company said. The phased development is aimed at meeting growing demand for data storage and cloud infrastructure services in the region.

The facility was virtually inaugurated by M. K. Stalin, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, underscoring the State government’s focus on strengthening digital infrastructure and attracting technology investments.
