Chennai-based Sameera Group has announced a ₹300 crore investment to develop 10 residential projects across 10 districts in Tamil Nadu over a 10-day period.
M Sandeep Kumar, Managing Director of Sameera Lands and Construction, said the company will launch the projects between August 23 and September 1. The developments will include a mix of plotted projects and villas.
The projects will be spread across Trichy, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Ranipet, Kanchipuram, Chennai, Krishnagiri, Tiruvannamalai and Chengalpattu, Kumar told reporters on Wednesday.
The initiative is aimed at expanding Sameera Group’s residential presence across Tamil Nadu, with the company targeting multiple markets through the planned developments.
