RailTel Corporation of India receives two orders.

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. ("the Company") has received the following work orders:

- From Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (a Govt. of Bihar Undertaking) for Implementation and Management of Electronic Knowledge Network (100 Mbps Internet Connectivity, Wi-Fi system and Smart Classes) in Academic/Administrative buildings of Government Engineering Colleges and Polytechnic Institutes under Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of Bihar. The total value of the work pertaining to RailTel part is Rs. 76.10 Crore (inclusive of GST).

The total Work Value is Rs 84,95,35,063 (inclusive of GST). However, the Value for RailTel as Service Provider & Primary Service Provider will be Rs 76,09,99,663/-. The Secondary Service Provider Value is Rs. 8,85,35,400/- for which PO will be shared from Customer to Secondary Service Provider Directly.

- From National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (a Govt. of India Enterprise under NIC) for Installation, Testing and commissioning of 4 Mbps Lease line connectivity for 19 number of sites amounting to Rs. 38.95 Crore (including taxes).

The order size is Rs. 38,94,81,621/- Rupees Thirty Eight Crore Ninety Four Lakh Eighty One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty One Only (Incl. tax) for one year period.
