Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has invited bids for the procurement of 500 MW of solar power from projects located anywhere in the country, as part of its efforts to expand the State’s renewable energy capacity.

According to the tender issued by the utility, the power will be sourced from grid-connected solar projects developed across India. The procurement is aimed at meeting Punjab’s renewable purchase obligations and supporting the transition to cleaner energy sources.
