"Praveg Awarded Work Order to Develop and Operate Kihim Tent City in Raigad, Maharashtra"

Praveg Limited, a renowned eco-responsible luxury Resorts Company in India, has officially announced the acquisition of a work order for the development and operation of an eco-friendly luxury resort in Kihim, Raigad, Maharashtra. The work order extends for an initial period of five years, with the possibility of an additional five-year extension.

In light of this development, Mr. Vishnu Patel, Chairman of Praveg Limited, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We are thrilled to have been granted the opportunity to develop and operate Praveg's Resort in Kihim, located in the Raigad District of Maharashtra. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to MTDC for their confidence in us. Leveraging our team of experts and project expertise, we are confident that we can initiate operations within just two months after signing the work order. Once operational, our guests can expect to enjoy Praveg's world-class, eco-responsible hospitality year-round at our Kihim resort."

Spanning over 6.5 acres, Praveg's Kihim project is set to encompass 40 eco-friendly luxury resorts, complete with a conference hall, restaurant, dining area, indoor and outdoor recreational activities, yoga and ayurvedic therapies, a cultural center, and a medical room, among other amenities.

Kihim holds significant appeal as a weekend destination for tourists due to its close proximity to Mumbai and Pune. The region boasts golden sandy beaches and is renowned for its diverse butterfly population, as well as both migratory and resident bird species.

With the addition of this new resort, Praveg will expand its portfolio to a total of six properties in operation and an additional 12 in various stages of development. The company has ambitious plans to continue growing its presence by adding more eco-responsible luxury resorts across India, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and responsible tourism.
