Marubeni to Develop Industrial Park in Telangana’s Future City.

Marubeni Corporation has officially expressed its intent to establish a state-of-the-art industrial park in Telangana’s Future City, marking a significant step in enhancing the state’s manufacturing ecosystem. The announcement came after the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI) between Marubeni and the Telangana government in Tokyo, during the first day of the "Telangana Rising" delegation’s official visit to Japan, led by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.

Marubeni has outlined plans for the park’s development, proposing an initial ₹1,000 crore investment to be deployed in phases across a 600-acre area within Future City. The industrial park will cater primarily to Japanese and other multinational companies looking to establish manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad.

The park is expected to attract investments exceeding ₹5,000 crore and become a major hub for global manufacturing, strengthening Hyderabad’s position as a key destination for international businesses.
