KSH INFRA to Invest ₹550 Crore in Sriperumbudur Industrial Park.

KSH INFRA, a prominent Pune-based developer of sustainable Grade A Industrial and Logistics infrastructure, has announced a significant investment of ₹550 crore for a new industrial park in Tamil Nadu.

This upcoming park will be strategically located in the high-growth Sriperumbudur-Oragadam belt, a key industrial hub. Spanning approximately 60 acres of freehold land, the project boasts a development potential of 1.6 million square feet.

Construction is slated to begin by March–April 2026 and is anticipated to create more than 1,500 job opportunities in the region, providing a substantial boost to local employment.

This latest investment follows KSH INFRA's earlier commitment in August 2024, when it invested ₹450 crore in a Grade A Industrial & Logistics Park in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. That 50-acre development offers a potential of 1.25 million square feet, underscoring KSH INFRA's growing footprint in the Southern state's burgeoning industrial landscape.
