Knowledge Realty Trust Bets Big on Bengaluru Commercial Realty with 1.4 Million Sq Ft Project..

Knowledge Realty Trust plans to invest ₹700 crore over the next three years to develop 1.4 million square feet of office space in Bengaluru as part of its expansion strategy, a senior company official said.

KRT, a real estate investment trust sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, is also exploring acquisitions of prime office assets to drive organic growth.

In an interview with PTI, KRT Chief Executive Officer Shirish Godbole said the company remains focused on expanding its commercial real estate portfolio through both new developments and strategic acquisitions.

The planned office space development in Bengaluru is part of KRT’s broader effort to strengthen its presence in India’s commercial property market amid sustained demand for premium office assets.
