Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS Hospitals) has expanded its presence into Karnataka with the opening of two super-speciality hospitals in Bengaluru, located in Mahadevapura and Electronic City.
The Mahadevapura unit has a capacity of over 450 beds, while the facility in Electronic City houses 350 beds. Together, the two hospitals are equipped with 30 advanced operation theatres and more than 170 outpatient consultation rooms (OPDs) aimed at delivering specialised medical care across multiple disciplines.
According to the hospital group, the facilities have been designed with modern medical infrastructure and advanced technology to support comprehensive patient care and specialised treatment.
“Our arrival into Bengaluru healthcare is an adherence to carrying forward the clinical excellence and patient-focused values. As a group, we are committed to investing in advanced technology, the best clinical minds, and patient-centric facilities,” said B. Bhaskar Rao, Chairman and Managing Director of KIMS Group of Hospitals, in a release on Sunday.
With the new hospitals, the Hyderabad-based healthcare provider aims to strengthen its footprint in southern India and expand access to specialised healthcare services in the city.
