Kalpataru Ltd. to Redevelop Andheri West Property, GDV Estimated at ₹1,400 Crore.

Kalpataru Limited has announced the signing of a major redevelopment project at Shree Mahalakshmi CHS, located off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. The project spans approximately 3 acres of prime land, with a total potential carpet area of around 0.4 million sq. ft. and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹1,400 crore.
