Jakson Green and Blueleaf Energy Achieve Financial Close for 840 MWp Rajasthan Solar Projects.

Jakson Green and Blueleaf Energy on Thursday announced the financial close for their 840 MWp solar projects located in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The projects include two ground-mounted solar plants with capacities of 280 MWp and 560 MWp, respectively.

These plants form part of the larger 1 GWp Rajasthan Solar Portfolio, jointly owned by Blueleaf Energy and Jakson Green through its parent company, Jakson Ltd.

Jakson Green Ltd is a platform focused on green energy transition, while Blueleaf Energy is a prominent pan-Asian renewable energy platform managed by a Macquarie Asset Management fund. The successful financial close marks a significant milestone in their collaborative effort to expand renewable energy capacity in India.
