Hyderabad Surpasses Bengaluru as India’s Top Destination for Greenfield GCCs.

Hyderabad has emerged as India’s most attractive destination for new greenfield Global Capability Centres (GCCs), capturing 40% of all such centres established in the country over the past three years. This surpasses Bengaluru, which accounted for 33% of new GCC setups during the same period.

The city’s appeal is boosted by a strong talent pool, with 47.8 lakh accessible white-collar professionals, including 23.3 lakh with over a year of experience. Hyderabad also stands out for its inclusive workforce, with women making up 33% of the GCC workforce and holding 19% of leadership positions, making it a favorable location for setting up new GCCs.
