HUDCO and DDA Partner to Accelerate Housing and Urban Development.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) on December 10, 2024, in New Delhi. Under the agreement, HUDCO will provide capacity-building programs for DDA officials and offer consultancy services for a variety of projects. These projects include residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments, as well as other initiatives related to housing, urban development, and infrastructure.

This partnership is set to accelerate the development of housing and urban infrastructure in Delhi, aiming to improve the city's urban landscape and meet growing demands for infrastructure and residential spaces.
