Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd. updates on acquisition of MACPPL.

Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd. had earlier announced the acquisition of 100% Equity shares of Mohit Agro Commodities Processing Private Limited (MACPPL). The company has said that MACPPL owns land and building near Kadi (Gujarat) solvent plant of the Company. The referred� property was hitherto used as godown on payment oflease rent. The shares ofMACPPL have been purchased by the Company at fair market value arrived at after considering the market value of referred godown property on arm's length basis and other investments.
