The latest investment will take the Group’s cumulative investment in Haryana to approximately ₹32,000 crore. Godrej Industries Group has already invested about ₹12,000 crore in the state and currently employs nearly 9,000 people across its businesses.
Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) will account for a major portion of the fresh investment. Having invested around ₹11,000 crore in Haryana so far, GPL plans to deploy an additional ₹16,000 crore by FY28. The company currently operates 18 projects spanning Gurugram, Sonipat, Faridabad, Panipat and Kurukshetra. Its upcoming developments are expected to create more than 11,000 jobs.
Meanwhile, Godrej Ventures, the Group’s real estate private equity arm, has invested nearly ₹1,000 crore in Haryana and plans an additional ₹3,500 crore in Grade A+ office infrastructure in Gurugram.
Pirojsha Godrej said the planned investment reflects the Group’s confidence in Haryana’s market and its long-term growth potential. Other Group businesses are also expanding their presence. Godrej Capital operates five branches in Haryana, while Godrej Consumer Products has 42 direct distributors and over 250 rural stockists across the state.
