Garuda Construction Secures ₹1,087 Crore Contract for Convention Centre in Uttar Pradesh.

The project involves building a 24-lakh square feet convention centre near Ramgadh Jheel Champadevi Park, featuring a 5,000-seat capacity. The development will also include commercial and residential spaces on adjacent land parcels. The company expects to complete the project within 30 months.

This order has doubled Garuda’s order book to ₹2,830 crore, up from ₹1,408.27 crore at the time of its IPO in October 2024. Public sector orders now constitute two-thirds of the company’s portfolio, with private sector projects making up the remaining third.

The Mumbai-based EPC firm is currently executing several other significant projects, including the ₹704.61 crore Raptinagar Township & Sports City Development project. The company has also undertaken premium residential developments in Mumbai’s Lower Parel and BKC areas, along with a boutique hotel project in Bangalore.
