"CtrlS Datacenters to Invest ₹400 Crore in New Data Center in Patna"

Data center operator CtrlS Datacenters announced on Monday that it will invest approximately ₹400 crore to establish a new greenfield data center in Patna. The company has acquired land for the facility in the Pataliputra Industrial Area, located just 300 meters from its existing Patna DC1 data center. This land acquisition was facilitated through the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA).

The new data center, expected to become operational by the second half of FY 25-26, will feature a 10MW IT load capacity and accommodate around 1,000 racks. This investment underscores CtrlS Datacenters' commitment to expanding its footprint in Patna.

Based in Hyderabad, CtrlS Datacenters currently operates 15 data centers across major cities including Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Patna.
