Leading Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has announced its foray into the plotted development segment in East Bengaluru. The company has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) valued at approximately ₹175 crore for a new project situated in Malur. This development signifies Brigade Group's first plotted venture in this rapidly growing residential corridor of the city.

The upcoming project will encompass an expansive area of roughly 20 acres, offering a total development potential of 0.45 million square feet. This move aligns with Brigade Group's strategic focus on expanding its presence in high-potential areas that offer promising growth prospects.
