BGR Tech, Chemie Tech Sign Agreement for Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Projects.

BGR Tech Ltd has entered into a strategic Heads of Agreement (HOA) with UAE-based Chemie Tech to collaborate on large-scale turnkey green hydrogen and ammonia projects worldwide.

As part of the partnership, BGR Tech will provide the core technology for green hydrogen generation and purification, including electrolysers, along with engineering support. Chemie Tech will be responsible for the complete execution of projects, covering Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Operations & Maintenance (O&M), the companies said in a joint statement.

Chemie-Tech DMCC, headquartered in Sharjah, has over 25 years of experience in oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, with operations across 15 countries and a team of 3,500 professionals. The collaboration aims to boost the adoption of green hydrogen globally by delivering scalable and sustainable clean energy solutions.
