BEML Secures Bhopal Land for Facility.

The Government of Madhya Pradesh has given its approval for the allotment of a significant parcel of land to BEML Ltd, paving the way for the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in the state.

A total of 60.063 hectares, equivalent to approximately 148 acres, of land located in the Umeria area of Raisen district has been allocated to the public sector undertaking.

The land is earmarked for setting up a dedicated construction facility focused on the production of rolling stock and coaches. This new plant will specifically cater to the manufacturing needs of upcoming railway and metro projects within Madhya Pradesh, boosting local manufacturing capabilities and potentially creating employment opportunities.
