Andhra Pradesh Govt Invites ₹4,668-Crore Tenders for New Secretariat in Amaravati.

The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) has called for tenders to build a state-of-the-art secretariat in Amaravati, featuring five towers at an estimated cost of ₹4,668 crore.

The project involves constructing an integrated state secretariat that will house the offices of all Heads of Departments, along with essential supporting infrastructure. The facility is designed to meet the high standards of the Indian Green Business Centre (IGBC), targeting Platinum-level certification for Green New Buildings.

The tender specifies that the construction will adhere to these sustainability standards and include a three-year Defect Liability Period. The project will be executed under a Design-Build item rate (lump sum) contract, according to the official notification.
