Amara Raja Infra Secures 500 MW Solar Project in Andhra Pradesh from Greenko

Amara Raja Infra Pvt Ltd has announced its successful bid for a 700 MWp solar project from Greenko in Andhra Pradesh. The company's statement revealed that this achievement has bolstered Amara Raja Infra Private Limited's (ARIPL) order book to Rs 1,516 crore as of the end of FY24.

In a statement, ARIPL expressed pride in securing this significant milestone in the renewable energy sector, emphasizing the magnitude of the project with Greenko. The solar project, spanning across a 2,200-acre site near Uyyalavada Town in Kurnool district, involves Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of the entire balance of system (BoS) for the 700 MWp (Megawatt peak) project. It forms part of Greenko's Integrated Renewable Energy Project.
