Adani Transmission to pick up stake in Maharashtra Eastern Grid.

Adani Enterprises in a communication to the BSE said its board of directors recently approved the proposal to divest the company's holding of 70.75 crore equity shares in Maharashtra Eastern Grid Power Transmission Co to Adani Transmission Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The price is to be determined based on an independent valuation report.
