UrbanVault Launches Two New Co-working Hubs in Gurugram, Plans ₹100 Cr Investment for FY26 Expansion.

Co-working space provider UrbanVault has officially entered the Gurugram office market, launching two new centers spanning a total of 35,000 square feet. The Bengaluru-based company also announced plans to invest over ₹100 crore this fiscal year to fuel its expansion efforts.

The two new facilities are located on Golf Course Road, Sector-54, Gurugram.

Amal Mishra, CEO of UrbanVault, highlighted the strategic importance of the move. "Delhi NCR is one of the most important office markets in the country and plays a pivotal role in our national growth strategy," Mishra stated. He added, "We plan to invest over ₹100 crore in 2025-26 to fuel our expansion across key commercial hubs in India."

Housed in the Paras Twin Tower in Gurugram, these new centers offer approximately 700 premium seats within their combined 35,000 square feet of Grade A workspace. Per-seat pricing at these new locations starts at ₹12,000.
