Signature Global Awards ₹496 Crore Construction Contract to B.L. Kashyap for Tonino Lamborghini Residences in Gurugram

Gurugram, November 1, 2026: Realty developer Signature Global has awarded a ₹496 crore construction contract to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited for its premium residential project, Tonino Lamborghini Residences, located in Sector 71 along Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, Haryana.

The project, involving an estimated investment of ₹2,900 crore, spans 12.40 acres and comprises 812 luxury apartments across five residential towers. The construction contract covers civil and structural works up to plaster level, selected mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, commercial buildings and associated infrastructure.

Construction activities are expected to be executed over five to six years. Developed under a strategic collaboration with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini, the project marks the brand's entry into India's luxury residential market.

Part of Signature Global's larger SG SPR Estate development, the project aims to deliver premium housing with international design standards and modern amenities. The contract award represents a significant construction milestone, advancing project execution and strengthening Gurugram's luxury real estate sector.
