NTPC Ltd Greenlights Investment in Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project Stage 3

In a significant development, the Board of Directors of NTPC Ltd convened for a meeting on March 3, 2024, and unanimously granted investment approval for the Stage-III expansion of the Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project. The project, comprising two units of 800 MW each, received the green light with an appraised estimated cost pegged at Rs. 17,195.31 crore.
