Nasma Residences project - phase II announced

ARADA has announced phase four of its Nasma Residences project, which includes the Bareem Townhouses. A total of 302 units split between two- and three-bedroom layouts will be officially launched at an event on 23 June.

According to ARADA, phase one is now 35% complete and on track to be delivered by the end of this year. Mobilisation on phase two began earlier this year and the developer now expects to award the main contract for phase three in July.

Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences will have more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre called Nasma Square, parks and a GEMS international school. The project is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2019.
