INKEL unveils plan for tower II project.

INKEL Limited has unveiled its plans for a Tower II project even as its newly constructed tower at Business Park, Angamaly, is set to be commissioned next year. The tower, which has come up in an area of 2.5 acres, has a built-up space of 2.5 lakh square feet. It will be ready for occupation in February 2016, said a release. Tower II, a four-storey building at the Business Park, will have 40,000 square feet of space on offer in each floor. Investors can take up a minimum of 10,000 sq. ft or multiple spaces for rental or on long lease. Post-tension-slab technology is being used for the construction, which will be completed in 16 months. s T. Balakrishnan, INKEL managing director, that the business park would have two more towers. Plans are underway to offer the development of the remaining towers to private investors in a joint venture mode. The 30-acre land at Angamaly was handed over by the State government in 2010 on a 90-year lease to INKID, a joint venture company of INKEL and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation.
