HUDCO Signs MoU with NIUA to Boost Urban Development Initiatives.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) on 24th November 2025 to collaborate on urban development initiatives.

The non-binding MoU outlines cooperation on programs related to urban infrastructure and development, including HUDCO’s Urban Invest Window (UiWIN), infrastructure investment, capacity-building programs, seminars, workshops, and research, monitoring, evaluation, and impact studies. The agreement also seeks to explore partnerships with multilateral funding agencies and other financing opportunities.

The MoU was signed by Shri M Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO, and Dr. Debolina Kundu, Director (AC), NIUA.
