GREW Solar to Expand Module Manufacturing Capacity to 11 GW in Jaipur.
GREW Solar announced recently that it will expand its solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing capacity to 11 gigawatts (GW) at its facility in Dudu, Jaipur, as part of its ongoing growth strategy.
The company currently operates a 6.5 GW PV module facility at the site and is scaling up operations alongside the development of an 8 GW PV cell manufacturing unit in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, GREW Solar said in a statement.
Backed by a recent ₹300 crore fundraise, the company said it is accelerating investments in capacity expansion, research and development, and innovation initiatives, with the goal of completing the project by 2026.
The expansion strengthens GREW Solar’s position as one of India’s leading integrated solar manufacturers, supporting the country’s renewable energy and domestic manufacturing ambitions.
