Emaar has begun work on Phase III of Expo Golf Villas project.

Expo Golf Villas is a collection of three and four-bedroom villas located near an 18-hole championship golf course.

The development is also located close to the Expo 2020 Dubai site and is seven minutes from the Al Maktoum International Airport.
