Emaar begins second phase of BLVD Crescent.

Global property developer Emaar Properties has launched the second phase of BLVD Crescent in Downtown Dubai.

BLVD Crescent Tower II will include over 70 apartments within a 20-storey tower.

Emaar added that the tower will offer views of Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Old Town and The Opera District.

Emaar will launch the tower simultaneously in three cities -Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Kuwait City, with online registration to commence on June 4.
