"DRA Homes and Yubi join forces to create a ₹250-crore financing platform, streamlining capital for residential land acquisitions."
Chennai-based real estate developer DRA Homes has partnered with Yubi to set up a ₹250-crore secured debt platform aimed at strengthening its land acquisition pipeline across high-growth residential micro-markets.
According to a release from the company, the platform will be structured as secured non-convertible debentures (NCDs), with the proceeds earmarked exclusively for land acquisition. The initiative is expected to bolster DRA Homes’ inventory in key residential locations.
Aspero, a regulated online bond platform provider, will facilitate DRA Homes’ access to the capital markets, enabling the company to raise funds from a wide investor base that includes ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices and retail investors through a transparent and scalable framework.
The Yubi Group will support the structuring, issuance and distribution of the NCDs through its integrated capital markets technology platform and extensive multi-channel investor distribution network.
