Delhivery Opens All-Women Logistics Hub in Sikar

On Wednesday, Delhivery announced the launch of an all-women logistics hub in Sikar, Rajasthan, with plans to implement similar initiatives at other locations across the country. This new logistics hub is a significant step toward Delhivery's goal of encouraging more women to join the logistics industry and promoting greater diversity within the company.

The company's statement highlighted that it has already increased the representation of women at its facilities in various parts of India, including gateways in Tauru (Haryana) and Bhiwandi (Mumbai). According to Delhivery, women now make up 66 percent of the total workforce at the processing centre in Tauru.

Delhivery said it is committed to providing more opportunities for women in logistics and fostering an inclusive workplace environment. The company plans to continue scaling these initiatives to promote gender equality and strengthen diversity across its operations.
