$65mn Sila hospital to be finished in September.

Construction of Sila Community Hospital in Abu Dhabi Western Region is on course to complete in September, a project director of the main contractor joint venture told CW.

Chris Caloe of Al Fara'a General Contraction which is building the hospital alongside FTR International Inc for AED239mn ($65mn) said the Building Completeion Certificate (BCC) would be issued in three months.

The three-storey hospital has a capacity for 36 beds – including VIP and incentive care unit (ICU) – and is spread over a site of 120,000m². It has been split into four blocks – A, B, C and D.

Commissioning and testing of all the service is set to last three months from the award of the BCC.
