TSF Group–Bosch JV to focus on electronically controlled air systems for CV segment.

TSF Group, comprising Wheels India Limited and Brakes India Private Limited, along with Bosch, are planning to form a 50:50 joint venture to develop and manufacture next-generation electronically controlled air system products for commercial vehicles, including trucks and buses, for global markets.

According to a statement from TSF Group, the proposed joint venture will focus on the engineering, manufacturing and sale of electronically controlled and software-driven modules for air compression, air processing, air suspension and air parking brake systems.

The partnership aims to combine Bosch’s expertise in electronics, software, sensing and control systems with the mechanical design capabilities, pneumatic management architecture and manufacturing strengths of Brakes India and Wheels India.
