Transrail Lighting Secures ₹927 Crore Orders for High-Voltage Transmission EPC Projects and Conductor Supply

21 October 2026: Transrail Lighting Limited has announced new orders aggregating ₹927 crore across its power transmission and distribution business, including high-voltage transmission-line projects in India and overseas conductor supply contracts. The domestic orders involve Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for 765 kV and 400 kV transmission lines, strengthening the company's presence in India's expanding electricity transmission infrastructure sector. The contracts are expected to support grid expansion, improve power evacuation capabilities and enhance electricity transmission reliability. The international component includes conductor supply orders, reinforcing Transrail Lighting's participation in overseas power infrastructure markets. However, the company has not disclosed individual project locations, client names, transmission-line lengths or contract-wise values. The ₹927 crore figure represents the combined value of multiple orders rather than a single project investment. Further disclosures will be necessary to identify the underlying transmission projects, their respective execution schedules and detailed EPC scopes.

The new awards have lifted the company's FY2026–27 order intake to ₹3,356 crore
